This program is strucutred to guide and educate participants on healthy lifestyle habits that they can practice the rest of their lives. Women who are planning to become pregnant, women who are pregnant, or women who have recently given birth are encouraged to inquire about this service. Spouses are also encouraged and welcome to participate. Evidence-based practices (in accordance with the ACOG and ACSM) are utilized to safely and effectively guide you on your journey to establish optimum health benefits for you and your baby.
Physician/Midwife Involvement Participation in this program does require medical clearance from your physician or midwife. For a list of contraindications, please contact HealthBalance or your health care provider.
